Lose weight or die? Well if that is not a motivator to lose weight, I don’t know what else is...This is my personal journey on how I was able to lose weight without having weight loss surgery. I have struggled my whole life being fat, and I didn't want to die young. I was determined to lose weight. I was not going to let food control me any longer. I am in total control of what goes in my mouth. I am here to help!
I buy all my workout clothes at Lululemon Athletica. I actually wear my workout gear to work and on a casual basis on the weekends. It's my favorite store and Love the clothes.
