Lose weight or die? Well if that is not a motivator to lose weight, I don’t know what else is...This is my personal journey on how I was able to lose weight without having weight loss surgery. I have struggled my whole life being fat, and I didn't want to die young. I was determined to lose weight. I was not going to let food control me any longer.
